It's then distilled in a double column still to an impressive 95% ABV, concentrating both the alcohol and the flavours. The rum is bottled at a potent 84.5% ABV with minimal dilution, creating a spirit that's as intense as a Caribbean sunset which is where we imagine the name comes from.

How to Enjoy Sunset Rum:
