How Sir Davis Whisky is made

Beyoncé's whisky Sir Davis is crafted by Dr. Bill Lumsden, the man who makes Glenmorangie and Ardbeg,  a five-time International Whisky Competition Master Distiller of the Year. With the addition of whisky blender Cameron George, Sir Davis aims to reflect Beyoncé's palate whilst welcoming new whisky drinkers into the world of luxury spirits.

This premium whisky has a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% barley, undergoes secondary maturation in sherry casks, and is finished, blended, and bottled in Beyoncé's home state of Texas. The result is a whisky that's as multi-faceted and trailblazing as the icon herself.
